The DP120F/DP125F is a complete multifunction solution designed for large business workgroups. It offers a full array of powerful standalone fax features, network printing and scanning functions, walk-up Internet faxing, and fax to E-mail capabilities. Windows printing, scanning, and PC setup are standard on the DP120F and DP125F. Utilizing ImageVision 2000, the DP120F and DP125F offer network faxing, printing, and scanning capabilities, and built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition). The DP120F/DP125F lets you program a time saving 373 location Autodialer and send documents to Internet addresses or other faxes with an intuitive, easy-to-use QWERTY Keyboard An optional Internet Fax connects directly to the network through a Network Interface Card that gives you the ability to send original documents to selected E-mail addresses. The DP125F comes with a standard 100-sheet Bypass Tray, which is optional on the DP120F. Both models are equipped with a standard single 550-sheet Front Loading Paper Cassette that lets you easily install letter or legal sized paper. Heavy fax volumes are never a problem with the DP120F/DP125F that easily accommodates up to a 1,750 sheet paper capacity with the addition of two optional 550 sheet letter to legal cassettes. Multi Access Memory enables multiple fax jobs to be reserved in memory while the DP120F and DP125F are transmitting, receiving, and printing. The DP120F/DP125F boasts a 3-second per page Super Group 3 transmission speed. Both offer JBIG Compression, which is ideal for halftone transmissions, a feature typically found on more expensive systems! The DP120F and DP125F offer a 1-second per page Hyper Scan, and contain a 50 sheet document feeder.
